This was originally used when my setup was in a 2000. I have since moved everything over to a 1990 along with the ECU. This is for the harness only, which you can use either as a piggy back or stand alone set up. Assuming that this would work for a 1999 as well
Clearly I over estimated the price on this. How about $75 including shipping
