These are in very good shape. They will work on 99-00 cars with some modification to the inside door handle mounting, which is what I was going to do, but I am going with a different setup now. Otherwise, these will fit 01+ without an issue.

Driver's side has a small tear at the door handle area which will be covered by the door handle "cup" when it's installed.
