Midtenn Miata Headlight Conversion
Selling an almost complete midtenn miata kit. The kit is complete except it is missing one cover. It is also missing the little tabs that hold the inside corner down (these are incredibly simple, I was using a allen key with some silicone as replacement. Either use the kit without the covers, or use the one as a reference and get a plastic shop to make you a new one.
Here is a picture of the kit installed, with one cover on, and the other not:
The cover flew off on the highway on me, and then was run over by several cars. I was cursing to myself, when I suddenly thought "I wonder what that's doing for cooling..." After an hour drive on the highway, I pulled over and put my hand on the hood that is above my turbo. It wasn't even close to being as hot as it was when the cover was on... so by not using the covers, copious amounts of air will enter your engine bay.
Duh, forgot price - $100, plus actual shipping.

I'm not going to lie, it's pretty horrid. If you're running all 4 lights then it's pretty good (just aim them to the same height), but if you're just doing 2 lights, it's pretty weak. You could put some better bulbs in the lights as well. Also if you're running just the 2 lights (outside ones), you don't have much light to the side of the car.
