Thoses are from 99' so not new but with all center caps and i ve got the decals also, the previous owner fitted them on a skyline r32 GTR and removed the oem stickers.

Are these RX7 wheels? Just curious because I don't think any '99 Miata's came in a 5 lug pattern, or this offset.

The 5x114.3 pattern can be found on the latest mx5 models, but yeah, thoses wheels were designed in 99' (rx7, mx6, capella, 323F lantis v6 etc).
But you can also for them on many japanese cars.

Bit behind the times there TZ, current NDs are 4x100, as are NA and Nbs. NCs though are 5 stud.
