Not that its any consolation and you and Yossi can figure out whats right there, but you can, unless you have a 1.6 housing, just move the front housing over the your good rear.

 

That may be true and all, but I bought a complete low mileage unit to not have to deal with that. Further, I don't have any interest in modifying my existing MSM setup, I want to remove it and leave it intact.

 

Like I said, whatever you and Yossi figure out $$$$$$ on the broken mounting arm...

BUT you can just swap the front half to your factory cover/mount. There's zero mods to so no worries there. Just unbolt and install the new one.

Im not saying you SHOULD have to do that and I am sure Yossi will take care of you... but its an option.
