does it come with the trans plate to?

 

The thin metal piece between the trans and motor? The one from the NA 5 speed works fine with it. Only two of the three starter bolt hole line up, but unless you have an NB starter, only 2 of the 3 bolt holes in the starter wil be used anyway. I, as well as most others who do this upgrade, have been running with only 2 bolts forever with no problems.
