Default 800/500 Xida race, and SADfab delrin kit in NB2 control arms

Xidas were street driven, rebuilt once already, rears leaking (i think) again, will probably need at least one shock rebuilt. 8000miles total. Purchased July 2016. One rear billet mount has some scratches, and will need a new stud. Including new waterproof zipup covers. SOLD to TheBandit

Control arms are off a 2001 miata, Delrin bushings were NOT bored after installation this MUST be done. Most, if not all grease fittings need re-do ing. Including the drill, tap, and fittings for this. RUCAs do not have the delrin installed (wasnt in stock when I purchased rest of kit) including the mini delrin kit for that location, and new washers for proper installation. Also throwing in new oem alignment bolts, washers and nuts. SOLD to the.cheat

Leaking twice in 8000 miles with street use? What kind of streets are you driving on?!

How did you run the bushings if they weren't reamed first? Confused.

Some of them were incorrectly installed, not drilled down far enough to allow grease anywhere.

Well no ****. They make it pretty clear you need to ream the bushings.

I agree. I gave the shop printouts, emails, texts and phone calls, they still managed to mess most things up, and charge me 6000 dollars labor :/

Whenever you share stories like this, i can't tell if you habitually exaggerate, make horrible decisions, or like being taken advantage of. Or any permutation of the preceding.

$6000? Why would you even agree to that in the first place?

If he pays 6k for some control arms to be installed think of what he might pay for a night with the one and only Concealer

Sounds reasonable to me. I've worked a lot more for less return.

I don't exaggerate, at least not intentionally. I think little things that wouldn't bother other people at all are huge mental hurdles for me. I'm really damaged in a lot of ways. Im also not well socialized, and quite immature. I'm working on being better.

Not an exaggeration, I actually paid 6300 total. I agreed to 3200 for transmission, control arms, shocks, and diff r+r, bushing install, diff setup, and alignment. The shop owner didn't do any work for 3 months until the trans came back from being rebuilt (huge problem with UPS Freight) and then rushed the job all at once. He said because he rushed it, and his tech did nothing for a whole week but work on my car, he had to charge me 3100 more. I didnt really have a choice, it was my only car, just had been fired, and needed to move asap. It happened to be the exact amount I had on my credit card, so I just did it.

I'm also super duper broke, and homeless now, so I can't afford to buy time with you. Someday

It's a mixed up world. I always assumed being broke and homeless is how you end up on Ben's end of that kind of transaction.
