Spare tire and tiedown?

 

I know I have the tie down and should have a spare somewhere. Anyone know if the size changes between 90 and 95?
And as for the bumper I believe it's useable but it does have about a 1inch crack at the top by the drivers headlight. But I can check the white one later if you'd like. All the mounting points where solid though. Car wasn't hit in the front so I have no idea why they had the front bumper off
