Decided to go a different route with engine management.
New 99-00 SpeedyEFI PnP. Comes with everything pictured. Has bluetooth unit installed. Password for bluetooth may need reset. $400 Shipped. Decided not to sell.

Did you ever install the ECU into a car? I assume resetting the BT password would be a pretty simple process?
