What engine management would I need to buy to make this work on a 96 1.8. Will I need bigger injectors?

Powercards, Megasquirt(which I have a ms3 for a 96-97) or AEM. If you keep stock crank and sc pulley than stock injectors will suffice if I'm not mistaken but anything beyond 7psi will need bigger injectors, from my limited understanding. :)

What size is that intercooler? Is it for sale?

Sorry for the late response. It is a small intercooler, it measures at 11x6x2.5(core). The inlets and outlets are at a 45° angle so with the current parts, you would probably need a piping kit and it would easily convert to a front mount but no not willing to seperate at this time.
