Default 99 AE part out **UPDATED**

Picking it up in a couple of days, Hood and tail lights are sold.

Once it is in our possession and I've had a chance to really check over the car I will post a list of items for sale with a price. If there is anything you know you want pm me.

Thanks.

Interested in the soft-top on frame... mine was knifed and I need a lowcost replacement.

Thanks!

I need the window out of the top if it'll fit a '96 soft top. Maybe if you buy the top Prospero and end up with an addition one, you'd help me out?

If you don't already have plans for it, I want the complete engine with sensor pigtails. The tranny too, if it's a 5 speed. As a bonus, I can drive over and help you dismantle the car.

I got everyone's PM. As soon as the car is in our hands and I know the actual condition I will reply to everyone with prices.

Joe, all 10AEs were 6-speeds, IIRC.

Hmmmmm....

Somebody who pays more attention to transmissions than I do answer me this: is it the 6 speed or the NB 5 speed that's generally felt to be somewhat more robust in the face of unreasonably large amounts of torque?

Unreasonable torque? That would be the 6-speed.
If I recall correctly, the NB 5-speed is preferred by some for better shifts/shift feel compared to the early NA 5-speeds. Something about the 2nd or 3rd gear synchro.
