I am selling my 99 Miata head that came out of my car before I put the 01 motor in. Had 65,000 miles on it. Head was pressure tested and shows no issues.

Cams
All valves but 4. I know I lost 4 of them.
All lash caps for the solid lifter parts
All valve springs, retainers keeper.
All cam caps,bolts.
The head is clean, no cam bearing issues or anything of the sort.
Drop her off at the machine shop with 4 new valves and valve seals and you are good to go.

No, the cracked one was at 250 I believe and was a little dirty. This one is cleaner.

 

Correct. This head is non cracked and has been pressure tested. The other head is cracked and does not include any of the cams/ valves/ valve springs retainers/ keepers/valve lash caps ect. To obtain a few valves is a $25 deal. I actually have a pm saved from a fellow who has the valves. Price is firm. I could always spend the few bucks on the parts and a valve job and sell it for FAR more.
