i have that same narrow band... and also have an extra hole on the down pipe for the innovate widebad LM-1... yes the narrow band is hella off...

No idea who it is made by, it's just a generic pod. It fits the pillar well though. Here is the only picture I have of it installed. Otherwise it looks like every other gauge pod on a miata.
