The rail is off of my 94 E85 Turbo car. It works great at giving consistant fuel to each cylinder even at E85 flow rates. When reading the plugs they were always consistant across all cylinders. I upgraded the BEGI kit with all SS braided hoses. Does not include billet check or FRP

It will not fit 99 head. If you go to BEGI website they have a good number of pictures. I added the SS braided option. I am keeping the FRP for my current car
