Unfortunately he's already said he's going to pay last month, do you think he'll suddenly change his mind if Pat calls him? I'm sure that post above is only one of many reminders. It looks fairly clear even from the post above that Pat has contacted him and Ben acknowledged the need for payment, yet payment still has not been made. I'd be interested to hear Ben's side, however, its hard to tell if he's seen the thread since he has his last login date blocked.

My thoughts are that a forum mod should be one of the few people on the forum you don't exactly have to worry about bad business transactions. Is that unrealistic?

I only suggested the phone because it wasn't mentioned and I've seen email/pm fail. No assumptions on my part.

 

Had I had his number, or knew where he worked, I would have called before posting this. Since I know neither, this is my last resort.

And Brad's right, I have every PM and email promising some form of payment since December. Without looking through all the correspondence, I'd guess he's promised to send parts, pay for shipping on another item as payment, or just flat out reimburse me 8 times now.

I guess this is what I get for trusting another member here and shipping them parts when there was little to no incentive for me to do so, other than wanting someone to have a matching set of powdercoated pieces.

Who knows whether he's seen this thread. The bigger questions is: If he has, does he care?
