I just got through installing a new soft top on the wife's Miata so we no longer need the black hard top. It has a couple of small places on the top, but it still looks very good.
I have attached pictures and tried to show the places. It also comes with a very nice hard top carrier cart, and a bag that fits over the whole thing to keep dust off while it is in storage.
I will take $1000 [Firm] [Take it or leave it.] for the whole set-up which is a good deal, because I have paid more for tops that were not as nice and did not come with the cart and cover.
I am not interested in shipping. The top is located in Trussville, Alabama which is a suburb of Birmingham.
If you are interested PM your contact information and we can discuss details.
Thanks for your interest.

You are more correct... I know I sold it cheap. I wanted it out of the garage. I have had two a black one and a red one, before this one, but I realized pretty soon thereafter, that I really don't care for them. I have a 2007 Mazda 3 if i need to ride around in inclement weather. If my Miata was my only car it would be different, I would keep a hard top.
EDIT: I would have loved to of had this piece, and if I had the dough, I would have happily given $1200 for it.
Guess that's what I get for not checking the forum on the weekends.
I ment no harm by that it was a sugestion...BTW when I was in the market four months ago I found plenty of newly painted HT for around 700-800. I ment no thread crappage!! I'm glad you sold it so fast!
