Default "blown" Greddy TD04, SS oil feed line, FPR, greddy intake elblow

No name FPR (maybe painted Vortech? Maybe ebay?) - $65
Greddy TD04 with (what I was told) a broken shaft, but could be an easy fix/rebuild. - $110
Intake Elbow - $35
oil feed line (I believe that's the SS line, right? I'm still a turbo newb) - $35

Prices are OBO.

Picture for items above:

Does the intake elbow come with the air cleaner and silicon hose connector? If the answer is yes then I'll buy it.
Thanks?
