If you have a Megasquirt and a 1.6, yes.

1.6 Miata's come with an on-off switch style TPS (basically useless for anything other then the stock ecu). This BMW unit is a drop in replacement for those using a Mega squirt, or other type of stand-alone ecu, that would like a "Variable TPS".
