Default Bossfrog MAXX Double Hoop Roll Bar

Miata Boss Frog Double Hoop Maxx roll bar with SFI approved padding. See http://www.bossfrog.biz/Miata_Rollbars.html for more details. Paid $660 for all this, asking $500 OBO. I also have a compatible bolt in harness bar if needed for $100 OBO.

I AM NOT SHIPPING THIS SUCKER! Unless you can have everything prepaid and magically have the trucking company come pick it up, please do not ask about shipping. I will drive up to 50 miles from Lexington, SC for a small gas fee if needed.

Man, I wish you were closer.

Your picture shows what looks like the BF Clearview. Curious, did you swap bars? Didn't like the double hoop or never installed it?

This actually came out of my dad's 99. He got the "pretty" dual hoop when he bought the car, but his tall *** sticks out above the roll bar with a helmet on. I mounted the Kirkey seat as low as I could without cutting the hump on the floor and barely got his head below the "broomstick". We are swappiing in the Hard Dog Hard Core M2 just like I jave in my 91 (avatar) and my wife's 97. There is a good bit of height difference between the dual hoop and the hard core bars. I wish they made a taller dual hoop, they look really sharp. Oh, well, unless I can shrink my dad down from 6'2" the only option was to switch bars in order to pass tech at track days. The bar works just fine for me, but im only 5'8" tall. I would say 5'10" to 6' and less and you will be ok for track use.

Would you sell and ship just the padding?

Sorry, the padding is already bonded to the bar and I don't reallt want to seperate it.

If I still have it then I might consider meeting you in ATL for some gas money (3hr drive from here).
