If the oil/coolant lines come with the distribution block I'll take 'em as long as the oil supply line doesn't have a built in restrictor.

Regarding smog. BEGi can issue a CARB number if needed, but its not fully gaurenteed to pass the actual emissions test. Because everybody tunes a little different.
