Brand new - came with a used miata I bought and previous owner never installed. I never will since I have no need for further chassis stiffening due to a full cage install.
FM sells it for $250 PLUS shipping. Save yourself $50-$75 and buy it from me. I won't bother taking pics since it is new, but here is the pic from FM's website:
