To the buyer. OP said the Blower might need to be rebuilt. With there even being a question it would be well worth it to go ahead and send the blower to Wade Embree at Embree Specialty Machine "The High Speed Lab" and have him look over it. The only thing they do is Supercharger work. When I was running a M45 he did a ton of work for me to help me squeeze every last bit of air out of it. I have since built a "home brew" M62 Kit and he did the same "magic" with it. He is VERY reasonable on price and does AMAZING work. You can PM me if you want more details.
