FS: 2003 Canon EOS Digital Rebel 300D dSLR
Selling my EOS Digital Rebel 300D BODY purchased in July of 2003, can't find the receipt. This puppy cost me over $1800.00 for the camera, warranty, lens, and flash.
First I want to make something perfectly clear... This camera does not power on!
I'm an aspiring Automotive photographer which is why I bought this camera and it has done me very well. Taken well over 25,000 photographs with it during the time of ownership. Overall the camera body is a little dirty and could use a good cleaning, there are obvious signs of USE but NOT ABUSE! I have NEVER dropped this camera from any distance or beat it around, the rub marks and scratches are from putting it into my case and removing it and maybe rubbing it against something as I moved.
December of 2007 I was on a photoshoot with a few locals and we came to a stopping point to take a break. I shut the camera off, set it in the passenger seat of my car and walked off. Fifteen minutes later I returned to continue the shoot only to find the camera will not power on anymore. Swapped out battery, lens, CF card, CMOS battery, nothing will make it power on. Fully intended on dropping it off at a photography store for repair only to decide I would rather upgrade so I moved on to an EOS 40D.
I believe from searching online forums about this problem it shouldn't cost more than a couple hundred dollars to have a professional shop or even Canon service the unit. Its also due for a sensor cleaning, started to develop a few spots from dust.
This is one of my very first photos.. Number 104 ever taken with a digital camera.
Sorry the pictures are all huge, but I wanted to show the kind of photographs you can take with this little guy, at only 6.3mpx.
Specs can be found here:

Camera will include Body, cap, and strap only. No battery is included.
I'm asking maybe $150.00 for it, or make me an offer.
Forgot pictures OF the camera....
All photos OF the camera taken with the 40D.

Those were nice wheels.. All four of them have been scrapped though. The guy who owns it thought it'd be fun to make the subaru fly, I think. Broke all four after ramping into a curb at 50mph not paying attention to where he was going. Oops.
Camera SOLD! Thanks for the interest!!
