Default Custom 1.6l Turbo kit SS manifold/turbo/3" downpipe/EWG ETC....

Custom 1.6L turbo setup based on a Garrett t3 .42/.48
I just recently finished building this kit. It is a stainless steel "upgraded" log manifold, with smoother transitions between 2 and 3. Turbo is setup to not stick straight off the manifold but at an uptilt. This is to prevent strain on the manifold studs/bolts and prevent fastener failure. Along with the tilt, a brace that suspends from above the turbo and drops down using a Heim joint to hold the turbine housing will be included.

It is setup for external wastegate and for a little more money a Tial wastegate can be included. For even smaller money, a knockoff tial (that works fine and is basically identical) can be included. The external wastegate is routed into the downpipe almost immediately for compactness

The turbine housing has been modified with a 3" vband directly off of it and the downpipe is full 3" all the way down to the exhaust flange. The downpipe is a mix of stainless and mild steel. It has an o2 bung already welded into an easy to reach location that is perfectly vertical.

Parts in this package:
Custom Stainless manifold
Modified T3 .48 housing (3" vband exit)
3" vband downpipe with external wastegate routing
Fresh Rebuild, 0 mile, Garrett T3 .42/.48 - $225 (NOT REBUILT YET, Optional)
Optional Tial 38mm - $150
Optional SSautochrome Tial knockoff - $70
Optional 3" ATP flex section for exhaust or into downpipe - 50 to have it welded into downpipe
Oil pan already tapped with fitting for the included Oil drain line
Oil feed and oil drain line - Included if big package bought
Billet aluminum oil drain fitting w/ SS AN drain line and fittings
SS oil feed line with banjo bolt for 1.6 block and AN fitting for turbo side

Prices vary per items picked above the basic kit (turbo/manifold/downpipe). Base kit is $500. Items added will slowly discount. Buy it all for less then all items added up.

Before anyone 'cry's about it, the turbo was screened for a sitting in garage startup or two and that is it. Was not driven around like that. Picture of compressor wheel is from tonight and shows it has 0 abuse on it. Turbo just needs a rebuild, as it was puking oil upon startup.

I have an extra VC that I could sell. It would need paint though, as I am keeping the one in the picture for my 323. $50 for the VC needing paint.

I would part out EWGs, but need to keep them around until main pieces are sold. So buyer has ability to buy a package that works for them.

Doing something a wee bit more unique than 1.8 upgrade

Turbo/mani/ewg/dp is basically the complete package, would bundle all supporting bits in there with one price. I'd be willing to do entire package (non-rebuilt turbo though) for 700+shipping. I have the name/info of a reliable and very nicely priced turbo rebuilder, under 200 to make the turbo like new.

Or I can jack the price up and send the turbo out myself

Does this refer to a 1.8 package?

Fresh Rebuild, 0 mile, Garrett T3 .42/.48 - $225 (NOT REBUILT YET, Optional)
Optional SSautochrome Tial knockoff - $70
Oil pan already tapped with fitting for the included Oil drain line ( don't need the oil pan, just the fitting )
Oil feed and oil drain line - Included if big package bought
Billet aluminum oil drain fitting w/ SS AN drain line and fittings
SS oil feed line with banjo bolt for 1.6 block and AN fitting for turbo side

500+70+225 + misc bits I can do that price.

The turbo is ready to go out for rebuild, but has not been sent yet. It could go to the rebuilder with the buyers address as the return location.

Engine is obviously all out, I have spare motors to donate pans, so I can pull the tapped one off without issue.
