Default Delrin Diff Bushings!

I guess you could consider this a "gauging interest" at the moment since I haven't received the parts back from my machinist yet, but I should in the next week have 3 sets of solid delrin diff mount bushings available (well 4, but one pair is for me. ) These 3 sets will be available immediately after I receive them, and then I will be taking advanced orders for anyone who wants to get in on a group buy of sorts. Pending price is $65 shipped for a pair of bushings. Once the 3 pairs are sold I will be taking advanced orders, and will need a minimum of 3 orders to start a new batch. I'll be keeping everyone updated and posting pictures of the final product, installation pics, and driving impressions as soon as possible. Thanks for looking! PM me for details.

If I hadn't bought the solid SS FM units, I would be interested. Hope the specs are better than some of the other attempts I have seen. Good luck with this GB.

I figured that would probably show up to haunt me. Sorry for not owning a machine shop, but that would unfortunately be below my cost when it's all said and done. I'd love to, but I can't.

...that ended quickly.

maybe not. Apparently the spec on the mmr bushings is not quite right. So people who have installed it have encountered issues such as tearing the arms off the diff. If you can do it right, you might just have the right solution. Check out the ISC pieces for reference perhaps.

I would definitely say tearing the arms off the diff would qualify as an issue. Anyone have a link to the ISC pieces?

Bushings have arrived! I should be able to find time to get mine in and get some driving impressions for you guys in the next couple days. In the mean time, if anyone wants to ****** up one of the remaining 3 pairs, I'll match $50 shipped! Pictures up later tonight. This batch was hand lathed, so some edge fillets may be slightly off piece to piece, but all important dimensions are 100% identical bushing to bushing.
