Let me know, I will pull a set of 4 off my b6t head and send em in right away. If I send them in, can you install the rebuild parts, or just clean/flow test them and I install rebuild parts after? I would think having the new pintle on during would be important.

Here are all the details and information that should answer your questions:

I feel that I am finally ready to offer injector cleaning services to the members of Clubprotege and Miataturbo, after spending some time learning to use the machine and trying different sets of injectors with it. Due to some limitations on my end and limitations of my machine, some things need to be noted:

1: I only have a very small stock of injector service parts, so full service can only be offered on certain injectors, which are anything I already offer kits for.
2: Due to the limitations of my machine, I will not be able to get accurate flow data for injectors of approx 450cc and larger since the test tubes will overflow. If I encounter this problem I will manually stop the machine at 5sec and calculate the flow rate from that time instead of the 15sec time set by the machine, but this is not exactly accurate since I cant stop the machine in the exact same point every time.
3: No side feed injectors can be currently serviced.
4: I may not have the required adapters to do a back-flush on all injectors
5: Any problems or limitations with my service will be notified by PM or email, and the appropriate action taken. Price adjustment, partial refund etc....
6: Flow bench test will be done 3 times before and 3 times after service. I calculate the average of the 3 runs to determine flow rating due to variables in the machine, fluid, and fluid temperature.

Full injector service pricing will be $14 per injector + $5.50 return shipping.

I can't PM yet, almost there... I have 8 323 GTX injectors but only need 4 that flow perfectly. Can I send 8 and have 4 fully serviced, then based on the outcome of the post-service flow testing have another one or 2 serviced as needed for the best possible set of 4? Sure, i will basically service all 8 normally, and then you want me to replace the service parts on the 4 that are most closely matched. I can do that but keep in mind that when I clean and backflush the injectors that I remove the filters from them so I would install the new filter in them to at least keep anything from falling inside even if you didn't want anything else replaced. I will PM you a total and you should have my payment and shipping information already, but since you can't respond just post here if you decide to send them to me.

Just a FYI, I have bought many of these rebuild kits(different kinds) from james and even sent him a set of injector for cleaning. He does top notch work and is very quick. I highly recommend!

I sent 4 ugly, 25 year old injectors from a 1989 323 GTX and they came back looking great. The cleaning and new hardware are top notch! Thanks again.

Just a not for people that have bought kits and future customers:

When installing pintle caps its best to use something like petroleum jelly or some other lubricant to help slide it on otherwise they may split in half if they are forced on or another method is to use a heat gun to slightly soften the plastic so it will stretch over the cap.

Since I have had a lot of PM's asking lately..... I do sell individual injector pieces for those of you running EV14/Supra/ID injectors and other applications that dont need full kits.
