I'm really starting to doubt this.

I sent you a payment two weeks ago. After multiple PMs and Emails, I haven't received any kind of response back. No tracking info, no prospective shipping date, no acknowledgment of payment nor communication of any kind.

I want to give you the benefit of the doubt, but I know you've been giving Bahurd the run-around as well - and this whole thing is really starting to stink. The activity time-stamps on your profile show you've logged in multiple times and chosen to ignore the polite PMs I sent asking for payment confirmation and shipping status.

Please produce some verifiable tracking info or issue me a refund. Otherwise I'll have to open a claim with PayPal. I don't think I'm being unreasonable here.

I guess I'll add my 2 cents worth...

"Dan" or Anthony (as his email says) seems to have become unresponsive in the past few days and can't be bothered to reply with simple information like a tracking number.

So yesterday I initiated my Paypal dispute and have let Anthony (or whoever he is) know I will be escalating it to a claim on Monday. Might seem stupid but really I'd prefer the manifold that I paid for (assuming he even had them). Sidenote... I've yet to get any response on Paypal to 3 messages.

I do make a couple trips to the UK annually and I know the location of his business. So, someday we likely will meet for a chat.

Thanks to Shuiend for helping bring this to a reasonable conclusion.

 

Okay guys seeing as you've all opened cased I guess you's can't wait a little longer for the parts. We're UK based (and very well respected over here my company is AK Automotive) we are having a few courier issues as UPS have changed they're requirements which is holding up shipping, however this is now sorted.

So these are back up for grabs!!! We have Four available.

Oh and we have sold loads & loads of these to you guys over in that states, we maybe a bit slow with postage but we're not rip off merchants.

 

This is resolved because you say so? I'd like to hear it from the people that sent you money and you wouldn't answer their legitimate questions regarding shipment.

 

I have closed this thread for the time being. mr2daj should be getting in contact with all the people who have already sent him money to work out a solution. If any buyers are not happy with what happens in the next few days please let me know.
