Excellent Condition APR GT3 Mirrors with Silver and Black Bases
Hey all. I've got my set of APR GT3 mirrors up for sale.
This is the Slick Auto kit.
They are in excellent condition.
The only blemishes are on the upper mounting part on the mirror (which is hidden once mounted) and the mounting points on the silver bases (again, hidden once mounted). Please see the photos in the album to see these blemishes. There is a bit of clear coat "speckling" (not peeling or chipping. It is just an oxidation that is very characteristic of these mirrors. I would imagine hitting them with a polishing wheel would eliminate them completely.) Please note that they are hardly noticeable, and only noticeable in very bright light and looking very closely to see them. Note that photo 2 (in the photos posted in this thread) is extremely over exposed, in order to show the blemishes. If the camera were exposed normally, they would not even be visible.
The mirrors were coated with car wax when new, so they have been protected from UV since being installed. There are no visible scratches (there is a photo in the album which looks as if there is. It is a reflection of the garage, not a scratch).
The mirrors have the blue tint. It is not extremely blue, it is just blue enough to reduce glare.
The set will come with two sets of bases, a clear coated bare brushed aluminum version and an anodized black version. Both are pictured.
