I have a set of Planted universal steel side mount brackets. I bought these for my Corbeau FX1 Pro, and decided I didn't like the seat.

Seat and harness are sold, but I still have these!

I'll throw in free, some steel "rails" I made, they are 1/8" steel, and simply lay across the stock "humps" in your floor. This was my bolt-down solution, and it worked just fine.

Made for a 99 NB, but I *believe* it should fit an NA as well?



I buzzed off part of the very front of the brackets themselves to make room for mounting bolts.

 

For the record, if it wasn't obvious, the bottom steel rails can be un-bolted, and then these brackets will work in any car with any side-mount seat.

 

Con anyone confirm NA fitment? Also will the placement work well for someone who is 5'11"?

I'm 5-10 and made the brackets for myself. Was a good placement for me, with a slight "lean back" to my fx1 pro (front of seat was 2 holes higher than rear).
