Default F/S Protege Valve Cover 60 Shipped

I have a Protege valve cover for sale. This will bolt onto any 1.8L and leave the cam gears exposed. If you have a 99+ and stock ECU running the engine, you will need to build a bracket to hold the stock cam position sensor or switch to MS w/ a CAS. This puts the PCV valve in a different spot and the breather in a different spot too. You'll have to run new hoses. Also this valve cover has no provisions to bolt the stock coil pack to. If you have COPs, this won't matter. If you don't, just run 1 bolt to hold the coil pack or fab up a new bracket if you're worried about it. I went ahead and polished the raised lettering so if you decide to paint it up you'll have one less thing to do. 60 shipped to US buyers.

Go bump your 20 year old 450 dollar antique/performance radiator. I've sold several of these before at 55-65 dollars shipped. So that's the price. You wanna go drive to a junk yard and find one and buy it, then do so. But some people can't find **** in there local yards and would rather buy it here then waste their time and gas looking for one. I buy **** here too when I can't find it at the local yards.

Thanks for the bump.

No thanks. I doubt you can sell it to me cheaper than I can buy one myself.

He's just craping in it. Like the 10th time he's done this in one of my F/S threads. Probably because every time someone expresses interest in his 450 dollar 20 year old radiator, I would PM his potential buyer warning them of what they were buying. I felt obligated in a sense because was not accurately describing the performance and condition of the radiator for sale, so in PM's, I warned people of just what they were buying.

Retarded? Not hardly Dirty? Regret my actions? I have a conscious thank you.

You eluded people's honest questions to make your item appear to be more than it was. You were advertising it as something it is NOT. And some people are dumb enough to believe you. Well, if they responded in your thread they got a PM from me. Wanna read their responses? I'll delete their names to keep their identities private.

I completely agree bro, and would never seriously consider it. The question was strictly out of curiosity. I dont like that set up, nor would I ever use something like that on my car. On top of that, I would cut off my left nut before dishing out FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS for it LOL......
Thanx for the heads up though
don't want that POS. Just throwing something "nice" in so I could make my comment without stirring the pot too much. There is a pull-n-save type place around here that seems to have an abundance of turbo Mopars (probably because they are crap), from Daytonas to minivans, I can't believe anything off of them would qualify as "rare".
I previously deleted the first one I sent but they're all along the same basis.

I'll never regret being honest. When I post something F/S I accurately describe it to the best of my knowledge. If it's new I advertise it as new. If it's used and worn and in poor condition I will say so. I post pictures that clearly represent the item. I don't advertise it to be something it is not. If someone ask me a specific question about the item I answer it to the best of my knowledge. They want more info they get more info. I'm not out to rip anybody off. I have a good reputation on this forum and I'm not about to loose it over ripping someone off for a few bucks. It would just end up costing me more in the long run anyways.

That was rude. Unless you subscribe to the ways of socialism then stay out of other folks FS ads. An item is worth what someone will pay for it, plain and simple.

Valve cover has now been sanded down to bare metal, all casting marks removed, and all lines and raised lettering polished. Ready for painting. Still 60 shipped. If it don't sell I'll paint it, but then it will cost more. Really does look better with all the casting marks removed. Pics uploading....

Better, I should say most paint removed. Paint that's on it is sanded and still stuck pretty good, so it stayed.
