THE TWO pm'S WERE WITHIN MAYBE TWO MINUTES OF EACH OTHER, THE ORIGINAL WAS...HEY IS IT STILL AVAILABLE, I SAID YES, BY THE TIME I SEN TTHAT I GOT ANOTHER STATING THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME MORE MONEY THAN I HAD ASKED FOR, NO AGREEMENTS HAD BEEN MADE, I SIMPLY TOLD HIM IT WAS STILL AVAILABLE, NOONE HERE CAN SAY THEY WOULDN'T HAVE DONE THE SAME THING, UNLESS THEY'RE ROLLING IN THE CASH, WHICH, BEING A STUDENT, IM DEFINETELY NOT.

th ebipes is sold, sorry i was offered more money, i am not obligated to sell anyone anything, can anyone here say they wouldn't have done the same thing? I was trying to sell my stuff to get it out of my garage, not screw anyone, that's why i had a bipes for sale for $65 that i could have sold all day long for 125 - 150...stop crying about the fact that someone else got to it. i am finished talking about it, if phillip wants to ban me for this, i don't feel like i did anything that anyone else here wouldn't have in the same situation so be it, but i am not selling something to someone for less money just b/c they got to it 30 seconds earlier.

I can...i did....sorry about your bad luck, guess that's the last i have to say about it...i gave you they oportunity to buy the part, and you said no, therefore i went to the next person in line...say it's bad business if you want, but there's really nothing you or i can do about it at the point, the item is sold, if you would like the persons contact information that i sold it to, maybe you can buy it from them. report me to the BBB if you want, but you won't get very far as im just a private person (student at that) trying to get rid of some stuff and make some money while im at it.

everything but the RX-7 MAF, Greddy Manifold, and Bipes is still available if anyone is interested.

yes...and no...the seller has the option to sell to anyone he wishes at whatever price since he is the owner until it is sol...unless supra141979 has already paid for the bipes and then got his money sent back to him from the owner of the bipes because another buyer wanted to pay more for an item...then thats messed up...then i would be pissed

o.e.boost if he would have accepted paypal. The payment would have sent to him already and I'll would have got the PM saying that he has better offer, so he's going to refund me the money.

That is NOT what happened, it wasn't five minutes between the two...like i said nothing obligates me to sell anyone anything at anytime.....unless i take money for it, i can put my miata for sale on here for 5 bucks, someone could say they want it for that, someone else offers me 1000, do i have to sell it for five? **** no, i didn't do anything that anyone on here wouldn't have, supra441979 it's over, the item is sold, i have a money order form another person, i don't want to hear about the matter again. if you really feel like you got robbed, try to find another bipes for that little money....you won't.

if you would have took the money for it if you had paypal. You send me a address to send the damn money to. That tell me or other people that y our selling to me. Look I don't give me **** you got more money for it or not. In fact you didn't because you sold the bipes and manifold for $175 shipped. You think it's more money because you got $110 more, but he also bought a manifold. So either way you sold it for same price shipped. Just leave this **** and I will. Or someone close this thread.
