Well my TW thread seemed to spark enough interest.

I've got a 2001 SE, tan leather, BRG, 127k mi, that was involved in a wreck. There is some parts on the car that are pending sale from the TW thread, they are marked according.

All the interior is in good shape, since it's the special edition its tan with wood accents. All these parts are O.B.O. and includes free shipping with UPS.

Right side 16x6.5 SE wheels with 205/45/16 falken ze-912 30% life left on one and 50% on the other. Some curb rash on the front wheel with 30% tire life. - $195

onto the mechanics

Engine, 127k mi. used mobil 1 5-w30 synthetic, changed every 3500-4500 mi. Timing belt, waterpump, and tensior pulley's replaced 6000mi ago (last year). Cranked but did not start because of smashed fuse box. Compression check still to come. More pics upon request

This includes the starter, alternator, p/s pump, motor mounts, valve cover, intake manifold, coilpack, coil wires, spark plugs,oem clutch, flywheel, intake, injectors, fuel-rail and harness. I'm pretty firm on my price because I might use the short-block myself and if I can't get a reasonable offer on it I'll keep it for myself, and sale the head by itself.


6-speed transmission will come with a new rubber boot, 127k mi. Replaced with OEM mazda transmission fluid at 100kmi

Car comes with the 3.9 torsen but I have decided to keep it for myself and sell my 4.10 torsen. It came out of a wreck 96 m-edition, 106k mi. Diff fluid was replaced with redline 75w90 at ~80k, and was drained at uninstall ( a year ago ) No carrier though. (pics to come)

How much for the Motor/Trans picked up? Or just the motor picked up as that is what I'm really interested in.

Lol. Well even though he got ran over by a semi's trailer he came out with a broken foot and messed up back. Thankfully the trailer was empty. No blood anywhere.

Don't believe so, he didn't post much about it on the local club forum. I don't think he posted it anywhere else. Is there another wrecked 01 SE around? lol

I thought it was a black or green NB. Just remember seeing it was RAPED by a semi trailer...guy had to be cut out of the vehicle but sustained very minor injuries. Happened just a month or two ago.

I guess that just means a coordinated effort to run us all over by truckers.
