I upgraded my actuator when I replaced my turbine housing recently and now I have the old actuator that would be better off controlling someone else's boost. It's a 6psi actuator (from Flyin Miata's older FMII kits) and works just fine. Comes with the mounting bracket that held it to my 2560R...might work on the 2554 or any other T25....but that's for you to determine.

I'll take $50 shipped.

Is the actuator bracket designed to be fixed to the air intake side of the compressor housing or the other side closest to the oil intake?

I have a T28 Pulsar GTI-R turbo sans actuator but it doesn't have the mounting holes on the compressor housing I've seen before.

Mine looks like this:
