located in evansville In, fresh black paint, however there are a few blemishes from me wrestling it on and off the car by myself . I can include the side latches if the buyer needs them.

I don't think that the headliner or defroster really affect the price much. OEM vs. aftermarket seems to be a big deal. Other than that it just comes down to condition and color. Typically buyers don't have too many to choose from when they're looking. Plus, if your miata didn't have a hardtop from the factory, you probably have to do at least a little work to get the defroster to work on your car. It may not be much work, but it may be something like add the defroster relay or add the dash switch.

Does it have a defrost? I need one for the winters/mornings here. Im guessing yes since indiana has snow...
