Porting work is very minimal, Just minor cleaning near bowl, less than a legal Spec Miata head.
This is a "zero point" motor to the old NASA PT rule set. Built run sustained 8,000 rpm in sprints or 7500rpm for the Thunderhill 25 hrs.
Will make 160whp Dynojet with 2.5" catless exhaust, square top, Racing Beat header, 23" intake pipe, cone filter and E85.
Back when we raced PTE and enduros, we built several of these engines all with the same recipe. One has been in continuous use since 2013, still racing in a car we sold in 2016 and still makes 145whp after about 300 hours. Quite robust
