I guess I can let the cat out of the bag here, it's a midori green '96 civic hatch, B16 powered. A slightly more practical daily/project. Needs to be put together yet, but I'm buying it from a friend for an absolute steal.

You're like me and just like picking up new projects...

Good luck. I got out of Honduhs before I got too deep, but I have seen some damn fast hatches.

I am, I've had a bunch of different projects. I was never really a Honda person until I bought my current daily, they're just fun, I don't know why lol.

Honda has a real knack for making every part on a car complement each other.

I put it as: The motor has just enough spunk to use all the suspension, and the brakes are just enough to rake it all in.

It really goes further, since they make nice gearboxes, wonderful motors, the whole deal. Thing is most of their road cars, even the mundane, are this way.

They all look like absolute ***** on paper, but in all honesty, my Integra was more fun on the street than the Miata. A turbo Miata needs a closed track to really explore the performance envelope on...but you can push a Honda on the street without anybody knowing any better.

I assume the megasquirt comes with all the goodies (IAT) Brain normally provides? I'm also interested in the suspension bushings.

Good forums if you havent visited yet are d-series.org and honda-tech.com now that you are goin the Honda route.

I prefer the d-series website, IMO.

In a way I hear you, cause I had one time a Honda Accord 1989, very similar back then to the old school Prelude. Back then it was still a smaller chassis and platform, not like now that it seems it is on steroids.

That 89 Accord was automatic with 200,000 bought it cheap, that thing handle like on rails on curvy roads and I dont know what the previous owner did to it (he received this chunk of inheritance and right away sold it to me cheap), but it was peppy up in the revs.

Clutch line sold!

Feel free to make offers, I'm looking for close to retail on these parts since they're all brand new, but money talk since I'm looking to get the new car together on a tight schedule.
