Well originally i'm the first one on the list. I didn't know it was for 1.8. This is for 94+ 1.8. Or you can use it with 1.8 clutch.

 

No offense to anyone, but I kinda clearly stated I'd take it in post #16 after I researched and found it to be the correct part number for a 1.8. I also sent a PM to that effect.

 

Your "Too bad it is for a 1.6" comment probably stalled the sale.

Again, no offense, but please don't try and pretend you wanted it first, unless you sent a PM or something before yesterday at 8:43.

Yo, I'm calm. It is a good deal, no doubt, but not worth fighting about. If you gotta have it, I'll step aside. That is, if I am indeed first in line and you are second. (Who knows what is in the seller's full PM box?) Sometimes emotions take over and we forget what this forum is and why we are here.

Me, too. So, now that we established it is for either 1.6 (with 1.8 clutch) or 1.8, if anyone REALLY NEEDS this and is willing to offer more, then I don't have a problem with mx5adam getting a little more dough and selling to someone else. I may have been the first to post "I'll take it" but the 1.6/1.8 compatibility had me confused for a while. Someone else would have probably snapped it up if it were clear up front that it would work on a 1.8.

sorry my mailbox was full. I still have this but will take a look at who offered money first through the posts and the PM's. I have one guy who wanted it earler but not sure what happened to him and he wanted to pay me via cashiers check.....i don;t what to do that.

I will keep you all posted on what happens ...but i will do first come forst serve....unless they dont pay.

And yes it is for the 1.8L clutch but if you have a 1.8L clutch in your 1.6L engine it will work....sorry for some of the confussion.

I was simply answering the fact that yes it will fit a 1.6L ....and it will also fit the 1.8L

And those who dont get it and are still interested I can get more through work if you guys want. ( we dont stock these so they will be dropped shipped form ACT) Those would be $295 SHIPPED to the lower 48. Which is better than anyone else I beleive....for a brand new one. Ok so you are #1 on the list for the flywheel. I will give till Monday afternoon for the guy who contacted me on this before you...to see if he responds.

Second on the list is Paul he Emailed me a couple of minutes later.


I will keep everyone posted. But remember I can get you guys more flywheels and parts for a lot less than anyone else on the net. More of these can be had for $295 SHIPPED and drop shipped directly from ACT for ya through my company.
