Bell ever post dyno numbers for these turbos. I run a china turbo and have had no problems.

 

They did, http://www.bellengineering.net/articles.php?tPath=3_22 3rd one. It's my car and when they dynoed it, I had 2 1/2" midpipe and RB muffler. Since then I now have Artech 3" downpipe and a full 3" Enthuza exhaust and changed to a Garrett 7-11psi wastegate actuator. Been running this setup for about a year with no problems.
