He did ship it when he said he did. He just sent me another email notification with the tracking number. In this case, it was FEDEX that screwed us by not emailing me the first time. I understand the situation he was in, and completely retract my previous statement saying not to deal with him. He got caught between a rock and hard place by having to be out of town, and has actually been a class act to deal with.
