Got another MSM turbo "kit" for sale. Ended up buying another turbo system off a rear ended MSM at the same time as I was trying to buy the previous kit, so now I've got two. Well, now just one since the other one sold. Anyway, buying a house, so this has to go.
Includes the manifold, turbo, turbo elbow, upgraded compressor outlet pipe, and modified water pump inlet. The OEM MSM water pump inlet won't allow you to run AC or use your stock heater hardline without the proprietary MSM hardline and 04-05 AC compressor. All NA8s and NBs from 99-03 have the same size compressor. The 04-05 has a smaller compressor that allows the MSM water pump inlet to fit. This shortened inlet fits with the stock NA8 and NB compressors and allows you to run the stock heater hardline. The compressor outlet is a custom all metal pipe as well. I can include the OEM downpipe with this as well, but it will run shipping through the roof. Up to you.
NO intercooler or piping is included. Just get the cheap Ebay kit and 2 adapters to fit to the compressor inlets and outlets and you're good to go. Oil lines are the same as if you were doing a regular turbo install. No need for the MSM pan if you buy an RHF5 oil drain flange and run 10an lines or a rubber line to the pan. Water lines are the sane as any other turbo install as well. Just look up RHF5 fittings and buy what you need.
Don't let the common bullshit about the MSM turbo stuff scare you. I've done MANY of these swaps onto NA engines and NB engines without any hassle. The SAME **** as any other turbo install, just the fittings on the turbo are RHF5 specific.
The turbo is in great shape as well.
This is a bolt on 250whp kit. Just add your own boost controller, intercooler bits, engine management, and you're good.
