Default Link Obiwan ECU w/ AEM wideband & extras

This is a full replacement Link ECU (originally for the '96 & '97 miata w/ OBDII). This is coming off of a supercharged 96 and is well tuned for that application. It has been used for 3 years since it was new.

It includes everything you need to get up and running:
- ECU (mounts inside factory ECU case)
- Most recent software updates ($130 on flyin miata website)
- Link to serial port & serial port to USB adaptor
- Knock sensor
- Keypad w/ extra 10 feet ribbon cable
- temperature sensor
- sensor signal conversion box (connects to OEM MAF plug)
- AEM wideband w/ gauge & sensor
- I throw in an a-pillar gauge pod
- Install instructions
- Tuning manual

I'm in zip code 44012. Paypal accepted, no problems shipping.

You're behind the pace for your 11 posts. Usually people average between 2 and 3 minutes per post to reach the 11, but you took almost an hour and a half to write 9 posts.

Even still, it's not cool to come by and ***** the forum to sell something when you don't really contribute.

But since it took you almost a year to get around to it, I'll just crap in your classified thread for now.

whoring? (maybe a little, but what can I say, I'm a lurker most of time, especially on a site dedicated to turbos when I don't have one).

At least I try not to place frivolous, unquantified information. I'm more interested in hard facts that help people out, which thankfully, this site has some.

Asking $550 btw.

Maybe we should advise our lurkers to post infrequently so they wont have to slap up a bunch of posts in one night. anyway it's cool. and thanks for adding the price.

Ok, I've gotten several questions about separating the WB from the LINK, so here is an update:

AEM Gauge Type WB:
Same as: http://www.flyinmiata.com/index.php?...20ALL%20COLORS
- Has black face only
- The connector on the sensor side is a bit melted down after it rested on my exhaust pipe. It all still works and I was using it for closed loop control on my Link. The connector on the guage side is untouched. FM sells replacement sensors for $90 that include the melted part of the connector, so if you ever wanted to replace it, you could (Call FM to confirm).
- Asking $100. If you buy a brand new sensor from FM, that gives you a $280 setup for $190, plus I'll ship it for free (to continental US).

LINK ECU:
- Same description as above (minus the WB if you don't want it or it sells)
- Apparently, this version of the LINK (Obiwan) is upgraded over previous versions because it can handle low Impedance injectors (not included). It will handle stock injectors as well. If you have non-stock, high impedance injectors, please call Flyin Miata to confirm that this ECU will control them.
- It's a direct plug in for '96 & '97 miatas, but may require some wiring harness changes to fit in '90-'95 miatas. It may require some minor wiring harness adjustments to work in '99-'05 miatas.
- $400 for the LINK

Pictures for all are available upon request.

Craig, welcome to our Forum. Please keep the post date in mind when responding to threads. The last post was nearly a quarter of a year ago. If you get a response, more power to you, however it is unlikely. In this case, it would be best to send a PM to the seller to insure he still has anything available. At the very least this will generally send him an email saying he has a PM, where as responding here will not, unless he's subscribed to his own thread. GLWP(purchase).

P.S. no posts in nearly 2 years? Holy crap. Spam your way to 10 posts to sell some crap you have and we'll still hang your hide, FYI.

Yes, I realize it's an old post, but I thought I'd ask, since it doesn't mention that it had sold.

I could spam to 10 posts to send a PM, but I thought this would incur less wrath

I joined the forum for info when I bought my first Miata, but haven't had much occasion to use this forum until now, since I've recently come into possession of an Ubercharger. I'll try to post a little more now

Actually, I still have the gauge and the LINK. It's amazing how many people were interested but never followed through. Anyhow, I won't separate the serial link from kit. This is a complete kit and separating it will leave me w/ a less valuable incomplete kit. Sorry.

Hi

I cannot even reply to your PM, not enough post.....
My email adress is jeromedemarest@yahoo.fr

I am looking for a link ECU, I already have one in place in my 1990 Miata with a JR supercharger but I got another Miata for daily driving and would like to put another link in it. I already fixed mine once (1 injector line problem on the link) and having a spare will be good.
So, I am only looking for the link, but if you have something else interesting, why not.

Thanks.
Jerome

It's been a year since I originally posted this for sale. Had lot's of inquiries, but no serious buyers. I'll reduce the price to:

$80 for the AEM wideband gauge (note the post above about sensor needing replacement) - Still very cheap setup

$300 for the LINK, you likely won't find a cheaper full replacement ECU

Remember, all are guaranteed to work

OK, apparently you now need 15 posts to PM, which I don't have, so I'm writing here.

I'll take the lot at $380. Will you throw in shipping to Niagara? Is PayPal okay?

Thanks,
Craig

Sale is pending on this.

Atli126, This is not a plug-in for an OBD1 car. Wiring change would be more than minor. The ideal link for your car is a non-obiwan ecu.
