So how did the 1.6 manifold bolt up to the 1.8 in the pic?

That was the kit on a 1.8 before I bought it. I had a 1.6 so that why I have a 1.6 mani.

 

so the test pipe is 1.6 specific as well?

 

It mates to the dp which is for a 1.8 but the catback side will work for both I believe.

Intercooler size and brand? Are there any flexible sections for some fitment wiggle room (wondering if it will work on a 1.8 manifold with begi's chinacharger)?

 

Ill have to measure for size but thats the exact setup it came off of.
