Default Garrett GT2860RS Disco Potato and a BEGI 2854 Churbo

Garrett GT28RS T25 .86 A/R
I bought this and then decided to go with a 2871.
It is missing a few bolts where the CHRA connects to the exhaust housing. Other than that it has no issues.

$850 shipped within the contiguous USA.

2854 Churbo that came with my old Shanghai kit. T25 flange. It probably had less than 3k miles on it when I swapped to a 1.8 and bigger turbo.

$175 shipped to the contiguous USA.

Might be interested in churbo.. Are the fittings the same between this and your 2860? and is the churbo a drop in replacement for the 2860? (5 bolt downpipe flange)? Does the churbo come with wastegate actuator?

Any shaft play?
Thanks

Debating on churbo but I don't know how it would compare to a SR20 T25. Also wondered if it came with an IWG.

It has the same flanges so it will fit where any t25/28 turbo would. The water fittings (not included) are the same thread as a garrett but the oil fittings are different (included). I may still have the original chinese actuator around, the bracket is gone. I can include a custom bracket I built to put a garrett high boost actuator on it.
It doesnt have any unusual shaft play.

Read the FAQ.

Not sure how it compares either. I was making somewhere in the neihborhood of 175~200whp on a 1.6 @ 12-15psi. Vague, I know, never had it on a dyno.
Yes, it has a IWG.

$650 shipped on the Potato, $125 on the churbo shipped. Paypal fees included.
I will ship outside of the USA as long as you pay the difference in shipping.
