Default Garrett GTiR T28 Turbo (Testing Waters)

Here's the story. I'm selling a turbo "kit" that was on my Honda that uses this Garrett T28 turbo. I have someone interested in buying the downpipe, but I dont want to separate unless I can sell the turbo. So Im here seeing if someone is interested.

The turbo is a Garrett T28 off of a Nissan Pulsar GTiR (Crazy JDM factory rally car thing. Google it. It's cool.)
Ive seen 240 guys push this turbo to well over 300 on SR20 engines. The highest Ive seen was 350 on a dynojet. It is very similar to the other Garrett T28s found on Nissans, but more bigger-er.

Here is the catch, and why Im not sure its going to sell by itself here or anywhere. The PO modified it to delete the internal wastegate. This was accomplished by taping a big cast pipe fitting plug into the wastegate hole, and by welding the flapper door actuator hole closed.

Other than that modification, it is in great condition, did not smoke, and was running well on my setup.

Here is it pictured with the BEGi t25/t28 hybrid:

It has these compressor flange adapters on it:

And a -4 AN oil feed banjo restrictor/adapter:

I would like to get $300 but feel free to make offers.

Good turbo for a good price, more flow than an S15 but journal bearing.
GLWS this would be a good stock motor turbo.

I was running this turbo on a 1.5 liter Honda engine, so considering that, it was excellent. It felt very responsive but unfortunately I didnt get a chance to datalog it so I cant say exactly how it spooled. It was not as fast as the BEGi t25/t28 hybrid, but pretty close to it.
