This is a turbo off a volvo or saab. The bolt pattern is a T3 bolt pattern. You can either mill the flange flat and use it with a regular t3 manifold, or find an adapter.

The downpipe adapter looks like it might be a regular garret flange, but not sure. The volvo/saab flange that's on there right now can be purchased from a couple different places. I found mine by searching for an aero 9000 saab downpipe flange.

Thanks for including the additional info. The flange adapter looks like this. I was going to have Bryan from Fab9 make me a downpipe and use this for my setup, but it didn't work out and I ended up getting a BEGi kit that included a T25.
