Selling my Garrett GT2560R (or GT28R depending on who you want to argue with) which was on my Saturn.
No unordinary shaft play, spins freely, internally gated with adjustable arm. Turbine housing is ceramic coated, used water and oil cooling, also used in conjunction with smart driving before car shutoff and an APEXi Countdown Timer. I'll include the intake tube, K&N filter, and the hosing and connectors that are on there, however, it was plumbed for a Saturn, but the parts may come in handy to someone anyway.
Turbo has a total mileage of less than 15k miles, I am the second owner.

650 for a used turbo that sells for 700-750 new.....

eBay - Cheapest is $800 new from a reputable seller.
I'd love to see where you get one brand new for $700-$750.
However, $650 includes shipping, all fittings, adjustable wastegate, hoses for water and oil cooling, intake coupler, a K&N cone filter, and a turbo that has been well cared for. The price seems fair to me considering the step down turbo from this one is selling for about $550-$575 in comparable condition WITHOUT any extras.
