Default GTX2860r gen1 turbo

I have a pulsar chra that is brand new, I bolted it to a .64 Garrett turbine housing. Will also come with a 14lb internal gate. All that is needed to complete this turbo is the compressor housing. $450 shipped anywhere in the US.

Question since I assume you ran this turbo, was the oil restrictor always poking out like this? I just got on in the mail and it is doing the same as yours but it looks like it should sit deeper?

Wouldn’t this be the Gen2 if it’s the pulsar CHRA? I believe the compressor wheel is what makes it gen1 or gen2 and that one looks like a Gen2. Unless I’m missing something I would think this is a GTX2860 Gen2

pulsar makes both, this is a gen 1 bc it's got I think 11 blades on the compressor. The gen2 has 8 blades. The wheels are mostly the same size but the housings are not interchangeable between gen 1 and 2.

Yea that's totally normal the oil adapter bottoms out on the chra and it looks like it's loose or sticking out but this is totally normal.

Hello, wondering if you also have the manifold available? Looking for a FM type cast manifold. Still interested in purchasing the turbo if not
