From the FM Website: " Styled after the classic Cobra rollbars, the Deuce gives protection with some style. Most "double-hoop" bars are purely for style with very little strength, but this is a real Hard Dog.

Two hoops protrude about 18" above the rear parcel shelf and are supported by a rear brace. A solid multi-point mounting system hidden underneath the rear deck ensures the Deuce offers more than pretty looks. The bar is back far enough that it will not interfere with the seats at all. The lower height of this bar does mean that it's basically impossible to get a helmet below the top of the bar, and the lack of a single full-width roll hoop means it will not necessarily be accepted for track day use. Fits any NA or NB Miata, regardless of top or rear window. The only exception is the centre-braced Deuce - it will not work with the Robbins or Duetto zip-out glass window tops. The side braced version works in this case."
