Hard top for sale ($650) or trade for HDHC/Seats. SE Michigan.
I've got a classic red hard top that came with my 1990. Non-defrost, slightly faded with a couple paint nicks in it. It'll clean up great, but I don't have a buffer to do it for you. $650 seems fair.
I need a HDHC, Boss Frog Clearview or similar. I also need 1 or 2 racing seats (expired is fine, but FIA rated so I don't need a back brace) to help protect my precious brain from the bar. If you've got either, we can work something out.
I'm in Ann Arbor. Willing to travel an hour or two to meet up.
