Mounts right onto factory pins in the back so I think it's an original Mazda part.

I think that only the OEM top used the chrome latches that are visible in the picture, but it looks like the window doesn't wrap around as far as the OEM tops..but it may just be the angle too....do you have a picture straight on from the back?

 

Updated pictures. No cracks on the glass, it's just glare.
